YOU CAN OBTAIN “iQALA” SERVICES FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

The www.iqala.kz portal of the “iQala” Urban Services Center started operating for the convenience of the residents of the capital. Thanks to the portal, you do not need to leave your home or workplace in order to receive the necessary utilities for individuals and legal entities, for this you only need an electronic digital signature (EDS) of the user.

The Center employees monitored the receipt of services during quarantine. It was found that the majority of residents come for such services as obtaining an EDS, electronic invoices and receipts of the ERC, which can be obtained online.

“At the moment the Government of our country is taking all the necessary measures to combat the spread of coronavirus infection. We are asking residents of the capital to receive the necessary services online. There are 131 services available on the “iQala” website (heating, water, electricity, garbage removal, ERC, etc.). For example, the "reissue of the ERC receipt" service is fully automated, the receipt comes instantly to the user's personal account, without human intervention. I would also like to note that you can get an electronic invoice on the https://esf.gov.kz portal and EDS can be created at https://egov.kz portal. Colleagues from NJSC “GK Government for Citizens”, the State Revenue Committee and LLP “Astana-ERC” provided step-by-step instructions (with screenshots) on obtaining services/receipts for the ERC, electronic invoices and EDS. If you need to receive instructions, you can use the "iQalakz_bot" Telegram bot”, - emphasized Ruslan Zhumadilov, director of the iQala Urban Services Center.

If it is not technically possible to get the service from home, you can contact the “iQala” center at Koshkarbayev ave. 29.

“We have expanded the self-service zone to 6 computers with a webcam and an Internet connection, where our specialists will consult you, but you will obtain the services on your own, thus we are trying to raise the level of computer literacy and teach people to use online services,” said Ruslan Zhumadilov.

Please remember! Your health is in your hands. Get the services you need through the www.iqala.kz portal. Stay home!
