The “iQala” Urban Services Center created the “iQalakz” Telegram bot to provide instructions on the most demanded services: receiving Electronic Digital Signature (EDS), electronic invoices and receipts from the “Astana ERC”.
The center provides 131 city services of the following organizations: JSC “Astana-REC”, JSC “Astana-Teplotranzit”, State Enterprise “Astana Su Arnasy”, LLP “Clean city NC”, LLP “SPK Astana Development”, LLP “Astanaenergosbyt”, JSC “Kazakhtelecom", etc.
Residents of the capital can receive services online through the www.iqala.kz portal.
We remind you that the “iQala” Urban Services Center continues to operate on weekdays from 9am to 5pm at the following address: Nur-Sultan city, Koshkarbaeva st. 29. The operators of the Center are located in the front offices of LLP “Astanaenergosbyt” at the following addresses: Nur-Sultan city, Syganak st. 25 and Bogenbai batyr ave. 24/1.
