In this current unstable situation, we want to support our partners - representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organisations.
We have decided to suspend the accrual of rent payments to entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations renting non-residential premises from us, as well as to entrepreneurs renting land plots under the programme "On Placement of Trade Pavilions in Nur-Sultan" (1000 places - Street Trade) from 5 January and until the end of the state of emergency. During this period the penalties for non-payment of rents will also be suspended.
We are confident that the situation will soon stabilize and we will return to peaceful life. We are with you.
