The sports contest among employees of enterprises in the field of energy and utilities has ended in Nur-Sultan. The sports event was timed to the independence day of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the professional holiday of power engineers.
Teams from 10 city organizations took part in this sporting event. These are the employees of JSC "SEC "Astana", JSC "Astana-REC", JSC "Astana-Teplotransit", JSC "Astana Energy", GKP "Astana su Arnasy", LLP "Astana - ERC", LLP "Astana power Supply Company", LLP "Astanaenergosbyt", LLP "Astana Tazalyk", LLP "Astana Zelenstroy". Competitions were held in a specially equipped hall of Astana - Teplotransit JSC in 7 sports: mini-football, volleyball, table tennis, toguz kumalak, chess, checkers and Billiards.
The best team in the football tournament was the team that included employees of "Astana Tazalyk" LLP and "Astana Zelenstroy'' LLP. The team of JSC “Astana –Energy" received first places in volleyball and table tennis competitions. The award for the first place in the competition in the national sport toguz kumalak was awarded to the team of JSC “Astana Teplotransit”. The main prize-winners in chess were employees of the state enterprise "Astana su Arnasy''. The team of JSC "Astana REC'' took the gold cup in Billiards. Two titles of the best at once - in draughts and in the team competition, went to JSC “Astana-Energy”. The merits of the organizers of the games – employees of JSC "SEC "Astana" and "Astana Tazalyk" LLP - were noted separately.
The winners were honored with the participation of Deputy mayor of Nur - Sultan Yermek Kizatov and heads of participating enterprises. Yermek Kizatov congratulated the winners and the best players of the games. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to the teams of the capital's organizations for their activity and commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and also noted the importance of holding such events to strengthen team spirit and achieve better results in working together for the benefit of the city's development.
