President Tokayev instructed to turn the social and entrepreneurial corporations operating under the regional akimats into full-fledged institutions. Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich announced this at the fifth meeting of the National Council of Public Trust (NCPC).
“In order to increase the potential of the regions, have been created social and entrepreneurial corporations. Such structures are now operating in all regions and cities of republican significance.
The time has come to transform social-entrepreneurial corporations into full-fledged institutions. The work of regional corporations should be open and completely controlled by the public. Incompetent and insignificant assets should be removed from their disposal,” - ,he said.
At the same time, the President noted that it is necessary to strengthen the competence of the Ministry of National Economy to coordinate the activities of the SEC.
