In Nur-Sultan foreigners are provided with services on the principle of "one window"!

Kairat Kelimbetov-Governor of AIFC, Altai Kulginov-mayor of the capital and Askar Zhumagaliyev-Minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry agreed to cooperate on creating favorable conditions and supporting investors.

At the meeting on further development of the capital, the Head of state instructed to take measures to create a language environment for residents and guests of the capital.

Thus, English language courses are organized for employees of PSC, healthcare, "Front offices" of districts of city administration, and the iQala city services Center.

They learn from the experience and resources of the AIFC Expat center, which provides state and non-state services to foreigners in English. In the future, employees of the iQala city services center, Astana Invest city investment development center, and Government for citizens state corporation will also provide services on the basis of the Expat center. In addition, the cooperation will introduce the principle of trilingual parity for business entities: the presence of signs, advertising products, information stands in English. Mayor of the capital Altay Kulginov noted that thanks to the measures taken by the state, the investment climate in the capital is improving every year and 30% of attracted investments are foreign.

In cooperation with the Expat center, foreign citizens and companies are provided with access to services on the principle of "one window". It should be noted that the AIFC has a unique preferential visa and migration regime that provides favorable conditions for the entry and localization of foreign AIFC employees and their family members.

The Expat center is an integral part of the city and business infrastructure of Nur-Sultan.
