In Nur-Sultan, employees of government agencies and quasi-government institutions are being taught English

Due to the instruction of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to create a comfortable language environment for residents and guests of the capital, the City administration, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry and the Astana International Financial Center signed a memorandum of cooperation at the end of last year. Within the framework of this agreement, a number of activities have begun this year, the official website of the City administration reports.

One of them is teaching English to the employees of government agencies and quasi – government institutions that provide services necessary for foreign investors and business tourists since February of this year. In March of this year, the Department for the Development of Languages and Archival Affairs, CGA "Rukhaniyat" started English language courses for employees of PSCs, health care institutions, front offices of district administrations and the city services center iQala (118 students in total). The courses are held three times a week and will last until July. After completing the training, a certificate will be issued.
