Keldibaev Temirlan Rakhatovich was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "SEC "Astana".
Keldibaev Temirlan Rakhatovich has been working at JSC SEC Astana since August 2019. All these years he has held various positions:
• Since August 2022 – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC SEC Astana;
• Since January 2022 – Managing Director for Assets and Strategy of JSC SEC Astana;
• From August 2019 to January 2022 – Head of the Corporate Secretary Service;
• From December 2018 to January 2019 – Manager of the Asset Management Department.
He started his career in 2016. He worked in JSC "NC "Astana EXPO – 2017", the Consulate of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Barcelona, JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna".
He studied for a master's degree at the Graduate School of Management in Barselona (Spain), majoring in Business Administration. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics with a degree in Economics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
