JSC "SEC "Astana" signed 24 agreements on joint activities on 24 projects in the field of civil and commercial construction, sports and healthcare, goods and services, transport infrastructure and education for a total amount of about 54 billion tenge in 2020.
As part of the support of small and medium-sized businesses for the implementation of innovative and investment projects, which are financed entirely from the funds of attracted Investors, the SEC draws up and ensures the transfer of a land plot to the Investor by decision of the local Executive body on the principle of "One window", provided that the requested land plot is in state ownership.
The investor, in turn, at its own expense, within the framework of contractual relations, develops design and estimate documentation, construction and installation works and operation, as well as provides all the necessary engineering and communication infrastructure.
Joint implementation of projects with the SEC allows the investor to save time on registration of a land plot, money for hiring people or organizations that would be engaged in registration of a land plot for the project, and also eliminates corruption risks and red tape in terms of various approvals with authorized state and non-state bodies in the process of registration of a land plot.
