In order to effectively manage investment projects aimed at achieving a positive change in the urban environment, the development of urban infrastructure and improving the life of the population of the city of Nur-Sultan, a "Commission for monitoring facilities under construction within the framework of investment projects of JSC "SEC "Astana" was established at JSC "SEC "Astana". The Commission consists of employees of the Society and representatives of the public as: deputies of the Maslikhat of Nur-Sultan @tussupov.s.01, the Public Council of Nur-Sultan, as well as the branch of the Amanat Party of Nur-Sultan @amanat_nur_sultan.
From 4 to 5 August this year, the Commission monitored investment projects (facilities) for the fulfillment by investors of obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and agreements/contracts concluded with JSC "SEC "Astana".
Investors' reports on the implementation of investment projects were heard, inspections of territories (facilities) were carried out.
Investors also voiced problematic issues that were accepted into the work of the Commission for further action.
This work will be continued on an ongoing basis.
