The volume of investments invested in the capital is growing every year. To date, about 1 trillion tenges of investments are attracted annually for the development of Nur-Sultan. In addition to domestic investments made by local entrepreneurs, the city also attracts foreign entrepreneurs with a developed investment environment and business opportunities. The capital's social-entrepreneurial corporation "Astana" plays a significant role in increasing investment initiatives and funds.
Investment projects are one of the main areas of work of JSC "SEC "Astana".
Soon, the SEC plans to build 84 facilities. The total amount of investments attracted by the SEC is 297.5 billion tenges.
To date, together with investors, JSC "SEC" Astana " has already implemented 15 ideas that were fully funded by investors.
69 projects are currently under implementation. Construction and installation work has already begun on 20 of them. In the near future, the capital will have a new sports center, a fitness center, a mini-football field complex, residential complexes, auto complexes, gas stations. The SEC will build all these buildings and structures for investor funds.
As a result of the implementation of such ideas, the city's budget receives revenues in the form of tax payments, jobs are created, the investment climate improves and the investment attractiveness of the region grows, which is one of the main goals of JSC “SEC“ Astana ”.
