During the state of emergency, the Center provided 28,570 services, which included 24,734 applications for the passage of city checkpoints and 3,836 applications for SMBs to freely move around the city. To date, the Center has automated 131 services.
As you know, “iQala” is a new format of interaction between residents and city authorities, which combines the services of Akimat (city administration) departments, utilities and municipal services of the city, institutions for support and development of entrepreneurship on the "one window" principle.
The main activity of the Center is aimed at automating services previously provided on paper which would bring to achieving openness and transparency of the processes for provided services.
