The iQala Center has provided over 50 thousand services since the beginning of the year

The demand for the services of the iQala Center is rapidly growing among the citizens of the capital. For 5 months from the beginning of 2021, the employees of the Center provided more than 50 thousand services.

The iQala Urban Services Center provides utility services in the city of Nur-Sultan. Services are provided offline in the front office of the Center, as well as online through the website www.iqala.kz Thanks to the digitization of the service, the popularity of obtaining services through the portal is gaining momentum. Through the portal of the center, about 150 requests for various types of utilities are submitted per day. The most popular requests received through the site: the conclusion of contracts for power supply, heat supply, for the removal of solid household waste, water supply and / or sewerage.

You can apply for the necessary services through the www.iqala.kz portal around the clock, any day of the week. To do this, it is enough to register on the portal via EDS, then select the desired organization, then the required service. The terms for processing requests are regulated, so you can get an answer within 3-5 working days. The client will be notified by an SMS notification to his mobile phone number about the readiness of the client's response.

To receive services, capital residents can also contact the front office, which works on the principle of "one window". This means that residents and entrepreneurs of the capital no longer need to go to each communal service separately to receive services. Now it is enough to go to the "one window" in the front office to conclude an agreement with all city utilities.

The center is equipped with an electronic queue system, an "open" service hall allows for transparency and efficiency of work. For the convenience of those who apply to the front office, it is possible to use the self-service service, where the operator must be present to provide the necessary assistance in applying online. Also, citizens can use the iqala.kz online chat service.

The center adheres to the most important principles in working with the population in this direction - politeness, efficiency and objectivity. Now residents of the capital have the opportunity to receive 152 types of services from organizations in the housing and communal sector. The future plans of the Center are to digitize all services of monopolists, expand the list of digitalized services, automate business processes for the provision of services and improve the quality of services provided to residents of the city.

Let us remind that the center of city services iQala was created on the initiative of the akimat of the capital and with the assistance of the Republican Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the project "Astana - adaldyk alany". The activities of the center are carried out by JSC "SEC" Astana ".
