An online dialogue took place at the "Antikor Ortalyǵy" platform on Facebook and Instagram social networks about the activities, plans and development of the social entrepreneurial corporation “Astana”.

During the conversation, they discussed the management of subsidiaries, management of own and municipal property, implementation of investment projects, stabilization Fund, ensuring food security, participation in the regional program "1000 places - street trade".

Today the corporate structure of JSC "SEC "Astana" includes 16 organizations with 50 or more percent of participation in the authorized capital. The main objectives in the management of subsidiaries are: strengthening financial stability, ensuring financial balance, simplifying access to financial instruments (leasing, credit lines).

JSC “SEC “Astana” manages both its own and municipal property transferred to trust management from the Nur-Sultan city administration. Non-residential premises for commercial activities are provided to business entities through an auction: the English method is used for premises in demand; the Dutch method is used for less popular premises.

The company participates in the implementation of investment projects together with investors by providing land plots.

Today JSC "SEC "Astana" participates in the implementation of 94 projects totaling about 400 billion tenge. For 5 months of this year, agreements were signed on joint activities for 10 projects totaling about 27.5 billion tenge. The company participates in ensuring food security in the city of Nur-Sultan by implementing mechanisms to stabilize prices for socially important food products.

Price stabilization is carried out through the stabilization Fund and through the provision of loans.

As part of the mechanism for providing loans to business entities, the city administration of Nur-Sultan provides loans to JSC "SEC "Astana" for subsequent provision to business entities. To date, retail chains have been allocated funds in the amount of 2.4 billion tenge.
