An electronic land map is being created in Nur-Sultan. In real time, it will be possible to find out everything about the land plots: from their cadastral numbers to their commercial affiliation.
As the Deputy mayor of the capital Malika Bekturova told in her Telegram channel, all functionality is created in the form of a geographic information platform, which includes the following parameters:
• 2D map (building plan, functional zoning, land plots, real estate, etc.);
• 3D map for a three-dimensional photorealistic database;
• Maps of landscaping, roads, hydrography and other infrastructure of the capital.
More than 5 thousand flights over the city and 801 km2 is the volume of digitizing the land plots of Nur-Sultan with an accuracy of 3 cm per 1 pixel.
The work is divided into 3 stages. The first stage is already ready: aerial photography of the entire built-up area of the city; creation of a digital terrain model and a relief of the city.
The second stage is carried until December 31, 2020:
• 2D map;
• 3D map;
• Maps of landscaping, roads, hydrography and other infrastructure facilities of the city.
The third stage is carried until April 1, 2021: maps of the city's engineering networks.
“In addition, within the framework of the geographic information center, it will be possible to provide digital state services, including the provision of land plots within the framework of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre. The launch of the geographic information portal is scheduled for 2021,” said Malika Bekturova.
Let us remind you that the creation of an electronic map of lands in the Nur-Sultan city is carried out by JSC “Astana Innovations” which is a subsidiary of JSC "SEC "Astana".
