Department for Investments and Entrepreneurship Development of Nur‑Sultan city begins accepting applications for the issuance of loans to business entities

According to the rules for the implementation of price stabilization mechanisms for socially significant food products, applications for issuing loans to business entities are accepted.

The business entity for issuing a loan is determined by the Commission in accordance with the requirements (criteria) for business entities.

Requirements (criteria) for business entities:

1) Business entities that own or lease trade and logistics infrastructure consisting of storage facilities and other premises with special equipment designed for proper storage of food products and perform purchasing and other operations with food products, allowing to provide a set of measures aimed at curbing prices for socially significant food products;

2) Business entities must not be bankrupt at the time of consideration of the application;

3) The business entity should not be on the register of unscrupulous suppliers at the time of consideration of the application.

For the Commission to consider the issue of granting a loan, the business entity has to submit the following information:

1) an application indicating the amount of the loan, as well as the necessary cost calculations, the proposed list of food products, and the terms of repayment of the loan;

2) financial statements for the previous and/or current financial year with a breakdown of accounts payable and receivable, a list of fixed assets;

3) a notarized copy of the Charter of the business entity;

4) certificate of state registration (re-registration);

5) a notarized copy of the document on the appointment (election) of the first head (for legal entities);

6) power of attorney to the person(s) representing the interests for the right to sign the application, except for the first Manager;

7) information about available loans and credit history;

8) information about the absence of tax arrears and mandatory payments to the budget, salary arrears, and social contributions.
