Another new service of Kazakhtelecom JSC has been added to the list of iQala services. Now residents of the capital will be able to use the service for connecting and re-registering telecommunications services for individuals both in the center's front office and online on the www.iqala.kz portal.
“IQala was created to make life easier for the population of the capital and provide an opportunity to receive the necessary services in one place or in electronic format. Therefore, at the request of residents of the city, we added services of Kazakhtelecom JSC for individuals to the center's portal. Thus, residents of the capital will have the opportunity to conclude contracts for all necessary consumer services, such as heat, electricity, water, garbage disposal and Internet, telephony, television and other telecommunication services. There are currently 132 city services on the iQala portal. By the end of the year, we plan to expand this list to 151,” said Ruslan Zhumadilov, head of the iQala Urban Services Center.
IQala services are available to both individuals and legal entities.
Let us remind you that the main office of the Center is located at Koshkarbayev avenue 29. In addition, residents of the capital can receive iQala services at the Astanaenergosbyt LLP front offices at Bogenbai Batyr avenue 24/1 and Syganak 25 (BC "Ansar", 1st floor).
