In connection with the transfer of the City Services Center to the State Institution "Department of Digitalization and Public Services", according to the Resolution and protocol instruction of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan, JSC "SEC "Astana" is no longer the operator of the Center.
JSC "SEC "Astana" opened the Center in 2019 with the support of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan. Over 3 years of work in iQala, more than 270 thousand services have been provided. During the operation of the SEC "Astana" on the portal www.iqala .152 services of 10 public utilities were digitized by kz.
Until the end of 2021, the capital iQala was unique in the country. It was the only project in Kazakhstan that combined the services of large utilities in one front office, as well as digitized online services. Since this year, following the example of iQala, "communal PSCs" have begun to open in the regions of the country.
