Capital Stabilisation Fund invites entrepreneurs to cooperate

The Stabilisation Fund under JSC SEC «Astana» invites entrepreneurs and farms to cooperate on stabilisation of prices for socially important food products. The Nur-Sultan Stabilisation Fund provides preferential loans under the "revolving loan facility" to hold down the prices of SIFP. The interest rate on these loans is 0.01%. This is the lowest loan interest rate in the country. The loan is for 12 months and can be rolled over. The loan amount is determined according to the entrepreneur's application. The preferential loan is available to both large businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises.

In order to receive a preferential loan, the following documents shall be submitted to the Nur-Sultan Department of Investment and Business Development:

1) application with indication of loan amount and also with indication of necessary calculations on expenses, proposed list of food products, terms of loan repayment;

2) financial statements for the previous and/or current financial year with specification of accounts payable and receivable, list of fixed assets; (agreed this item)

3) notarized copy of the business entity's Articles of Association;

4) certificate of state registration (re-registration);

5) notarized copy of the document certifying the appointment (election) of the first manager (for legal entities);

6) power of attorney to the person (persons) representing the interests for the right to sign the application, except for the first director;

7) information on existing loans and credit history; information on absence of tax debts and obligatory payments to the budget, debts on wages and social payments.

Based on the submitted applications, the decision is made by the Commission under the Nur-Sultan City Akimat.
