Participants of the Seedspace ecosystem presented their startups to the head of the Department for Digitalization and Public Services - Botagoz Kasabek, as well as to the “Astana Innovations” JSC on the Seedspace Nur-Sultan platform.
The intellectual potential of the capital is regarded as the most important strategic resource. Its economic efficiency often exceeds the income from trade. Hence, the most promising startups will have the opportunity to test their project within the city and receive the support of the Nur-Sultan City Administration.
Some of the promising startups:
● Infinite Bilim - the online educational platform for STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) subjects in the Kazakh language. The platform allows students to study the theoretical and practical part in a new format, monitor the progress, and receive feedback after each lesson.
● Okoo is an online educational platform with artificial intelligence algorithms to personalize programming learning. A platform with a virtual teacher who is capable of teaching different programming languages and guaranteeing an individual approach to each student, available around the clock anywhere in the world.
● Qmobot is an all-inclusive ready-to-use educational robot with courses in Kazakh and Russian that allows schools and universities to teach robotics, web development, smart home, and the Internet of Things to the students.
● InFlux - production of innovative recuperators (air ventilators). The device is mounted in the wall of the room and when the carbon dioxide content is high, it starts drawing out the room air for 60 seconds and then switches to providing an influx of street air into the room. The air goes through filtration and disinfection. The device performs a cyclical principle of operation. Consumption of electricity is only a few watts.
● EGISTIC is a farm management system for agricultural producers and agricultural consultants. One can analyze the state of the field, predict the crop yield, carry out scouting, and make effective decisions according to the weather, indices, and the geodata of the farm received from the satellite.
As the head of the State Institution “Department of Digitalization and Public Services” Botagoz Kasabek noted: “Indeed, startups are the engine of innovation. Now we are faced with the task of growing the ecosystem, helping young, active people to realize their ideas, and showing them that a single thought can create a whole business.”
