The Center employees associate this primarily with the expansion of the list of types of services and the automation of processes. The services of "Astana-ERC" LLP and "Clean City NC" LLP became especially popular during this time - 1,336 and 1,107 services, respectively.

IQala center combined the services of such companies as "Astana-ERC" LLP, "Astana power Supply Company" LLP, "Clean City NC" LLP, "Astana su Arnasy" state enterprise, "Astana - Teplotransit" JSC, "Astana – REC" JSC, "SPK Astana Development" LLP.
The Center's employees provide services both electronically on the portal and in the usual mode - in the front office at Koshkarbaeva st. 29. For example, the iQala Center has automated the receipt of the service “re-issue of the ERC receipt" by integrating databases. A receipt on request from your personal account comes instantly. The services of "Astanaenergosbyt", "Kazakhtelecom" JSC and services for obtaining technical specifications of the state enterprise "Astana su Arnasy"are also automated. You can also automatically get the technical specifications of JSC "Astana - Teplotransit", JSC "Astana – REC".
