Applications for participation in the Project will be accepted from July 23 to August 6, 2018, inclusive, in hard copy.

Qualification requirements for potential participants:
A potential participant must meet the following requirements to participate in the Competition:
- experience in the market for at least 1 (one) year on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or CIS countries;
- qualified personnel for project implementation with at least 5 years of experience;
- the availability of financial resources necessary for the implementation of the investment project is confirmed by documents (certificates of deposits, credit lines, etc.);
- the absence of overdue tax arrears, confirmed by a certificate from the Tax Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- the absence of overdue Bank debt, confirmed by a certificate from the servicing Bank.
Terms of participation in the contest:
The guarantee fee for participation in the Competition, paid by a potential participant before submitting an application - 3,000,000 (three million) tenge.
The guarantee fee is returned to the potential participant who is not recognized as the winner of the investment competition.
The guarantee fee of a potential participant determined by the winner of the investment competition is credited to the rental payment.
The minimum investment amount for participation in the Competition is 50,000,000 million tenge.
The minimum rental price of 1 sq.m. is 1000 tenge with VAT/sq.m.
The potential participant's investment is reimbursed through the payment of rent at the rate of 50/50, where 50% is paid in cash, and 50% is paid by reimbursing the potential participant's investment.
The term of the Object lease agreement is not less than 5 (five) years, but not more than the term of full refund of the potential participant's investment.
A potential participant sends an application signed by the first head to JSC "NC "SEC "Astana", which has to be accompanied by the following documents:
1) a Copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, for an individual - a copy of the document on registration as a business entity, for a temporary Association of legal entities (consortium) - a copy of the consortium agreement and a copy of the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the consortium participants (certified by the seal/signature of the first head of the Participant);
2) a document certifying the representative's authority (if necessary);
3) a payment document on the transfer of the established guarantee fee by a potential participant from their own current account with the Bank's mark on execution;
4) a certificate from the Bank about the current account and confirmation of the presence of at least 50% of the amount of the declared investment;
5) a sketch of the proposed investment project that meets the following requirements:

availability of a food court F&B;

availability of premises of at least 100 sq.m. for cultural and entertainment events;

availability of public sanitary facilities in the amount of at least 2 units;

providing a through passage between the entrance groups with a width of at least 10 meters;
6) technical specification, which will fully describe and indicate the financial, technical and quality characteristics associated with the modernization of the Object, including, but not limited to, the business plan, agreement, technical plan, drawings, sketches, terms of repair work, materials used, warranty periods, including design and estimate documentation, including connection to the infrastructure of the Object (electricity and water supply, Sewerage, etc.).
