About the results of the competition for non-residential premises for rent

On May 25, 2021, the next competition for the lease of non-residential premises owned by JSC "SEC "Astana" was held.

Non-residential premises were raffled off through a tender price increase on the web portal of the state property register.

In total, 4 non-residential premises were raffled: 1 through the conclusion of a direct contract and 3 through an auction using the English method.

A pizzeria will appear in non-residential premises at the address Imanov 4 NRP 9 with an area of 56.8 sq. m., a shop will open in NRP 7 with an area of 42.6 sq.m. along Sauran 5 Street, a cafe-bakery with an area of 103.5 sq. m will be launched in Sauran 7b NP 3, and a beauty salon and a shop of 1000 little things will open in premises with an area of 31.2 sq. m. located at Zhubanov 10 NP 9.
