26 new types of services will be available in iQALA

By the end of this week 26 new types of services will be available in iQala both in online mode on the www.iqala.kz portal and in offline format - in the city services center iQala.

Now the iQala center will provide 18 types of services of JSC "Astanaenergosbyt", 4 types of services of JSC "Astana-Teplotransit", 2 types of services of JSC "Astana-REC" and 2 types of services of JSC "Kazakhtelecom". It should be noted that all these types of services have been digitized for the first time which means that they can now be provided electronically to both individuals and legal entities.

For example, now in iQala you can conclude an additional agreement to an electricity supply contract or to the contract for increasing/decreasing capacity, terminate the contract for the supply of thermal energy, connect a company or enterprise to the Internet and telephony, and so on.

To obtain the services online, you will need scanned documents and EDS. The iQala portal combines the services of all monopolists on one platform. With this system, you can already get more than a hundred types of services, and this list is updated every week.

By the way, today, the iQala city services Center has provided about 3.5 thousand services, 50% of which are provided on the portal electronically. The most popular among citizens are the services of JSC "Astana-Teplotransit" given that the winter period is long. 961 Nur-Sultan residents received the services of this monopolist in iQala.

In total, by the end of the year, the iQala city services center intends to provide access to 137 types of services. And also implement the first-of-its-kind composite service for owners of secondary housing on the principle of "one application - 4 contracts" for the provision of electricity, water supply, heat supply and garbage disposal.

The iQala city services center is open every weekday from 9:00 to 18:00 at R. Koshkarbayev Ave. 29.
