It has become much easier to sign agreements with monopolists when buying an apartment or opening a business in the capital, Khabar 24 reports.

These processes have gone digital. You can submit an application and get documents from public utilities online. The process is managed by the iQala City Services Center. In five months of work 2,200 applications were executed. And the Center continues to work on saving the time of capital residents.

The front office of iQala is somewhat similar to the offices of public service centers, only fewer people. It also provides services on the principle of "one window". The main purpose is to collect all utilities and telecommunications companies in one system.

Malika Bekturova, Deputy mayor of the city of Nur-Sultan: - All the services of monopolists, such as Astana Su Arnasy, AREK, Teplotransit, telecommunications companies, waste disposal issues, all these services were provided either in one place or through the iQala portal.

Edyge Nurmaganov, resident of the city of Nur-Sultan: - If I were to drive around the city, then it would take the whole day, perhaps. And here, due to the principle of one window, you can sit down and get all the services that are provided around the city.

The center has been operating for five months. Services for signing contracts for waste disposal, water supply and sanitation, heating are very popular. IQala intends to simplify and speed up the process for real estate buyers, and launch the so-called composite service at the end of November. When submitting one application, the new landlord of the apartment will immediately receive all the necessary contracts.

Ruslan Zhumadilov, Director of the City Services Center "iQala":

For citizens, this composite service will be convenient for the secondary market. Every day many apartments are bought, re-registered - it happens often. And in order not to travel around the city, you can do everything in one place or even remotely. Automation of processes also leads to the closure of branches of monopolists for public services. All services of Teplotransit were digitized, which is why the company's front offices were closed as unnecessary. The same fate awaits other utilities.
